30-day warranty on parts and labor for the specific repair. Does not cover new damage, crashes, water damage, tampering, work by another shop, or customer-supplied parts.

$50 diagnostic fee applies to repairs — credited toward your total if you approve, still due if you decline after the quote.

We accept card payments (via Stripe), Zelle, and cash (limited), plus financing to pay over time. Over $500: bank transfer preferred; card accepted with a processing fee. Payment due on completion unless arranged otherwise. Diagnostic fee is non-refundable, and repairs are non-refundable once parts are installed or labor begins. Used gear sold as-is.

Repairs needing ordered parts, and higher-value or enterprise repairs, require a deposit (typically 50%) before work begins — bank transfer preferred, card accepted with a fee. Deposits are non-refundable once parts are ordered (specialty/enterprise parts can't be returned). Balance due on completion. Parts can take 2 weeks or more to arrive, even expedited; your repair is priority once they land.

We offer financing on repairs and purchases through Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay — pay over time in installments, with no hassle. Financing options are shown at checkout when you pay online.

Equipment must be picked up within 60 days of completion or notice. Items left beyond 60 days are considered abandoned and may be sold or disposed of, as allowed by law. Storage fees may apply after 30 days.
